How to get a letter from S. Claus!

We all know what it’s like to have something to look forward to a much needed vacation, a special event, or a quiet moment alone. For children, the anxiety of anticipation can be overwhelming, especially at Christmas. We all remember those feelings, and the special Christmas magic that we experienced as children. My parents taught me that believing in the spirit of Christmas and sharing that spirit with others was more important than any gift I could receive.
Twenty-one years ago, I had the opportunity to share that spirit with a five-year old boy. I overheard him tell his mother he no longer believed in Santa Claus, because he never received an answer to his letter. With his mother’s permission, I rekindled that spirit by sending him a letter from Santa. Since then, I have written him each year and many of his friends.

Here is all you do:

before Christmas day. Your child’s original letter will be
